Are SweetiePie products really organic?+
Our products are made with 99% organic, natural ingredients wherever possible. Isabella carefully selects suppliers who share our commitment to clean, plant-based formulations — with no harsh or harmful chemicals.
What does “no nasties” mean?+
It means we avoid synthetic fragrances, harsh preservatives, and unnecessary chemicals commonly found in mass-market cosmetics and home products. SweetiePie was born after a family allergic reaction to chemical scents — so ingredient transparency is at the heart of everything we make.
Are your products handmade?+
Yes. Every candle, body butter, lip balm, and body scrub is handmade in small batches. That means each item is unique and made with care, not pumped out on a factory line.
Do you use beeswax in your candles?+
Yes — our scented candles are made with natural beeswax. They burn cleanly and carry our seasonal fragrance blends without the synthetic additives found in many shop-bought candles.
How do I choose a scent or variant?+
On each product page, pick your preferred scent or variant from the dropdown before adding to bag. Our candles come in Winter and Summer collections, and our skincare range offers flavours like Mango, Coconut & Vanilla, and Pina Colada.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?+
We formulate with gentle, natural ingredients, but everyone's skin is different. If you have allergies or sensitivities, check the ingredient list on each product and patch-test before full use. When in doubt, contact us and we'll help.
Do you test on animals?+
Never. SweetiePie is cruelty-free. We do not test our products on animals, and we choose suppliers who align with that standard.
How long will my order take to arrive?+
We dispatch UK orders quickly — typically within 1–2 working days after your order is confirmed. You'll receive tracking details once your parcel is on its way.
What is your returns policy?+
If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days at lia@proftpartner.biz and we'll make it right. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Can I order seasonal collections outside their season?+
Our Winter and Summer candle collections are seasonal favourites. Availability may vary — check the shop page or get in touch if you're looking for a specific scent.
